General math Strategies
All students have a copy of this "Math Strategies" page in their homework folders/binders. They should be familiar with it as we often refer to it in class. Students should use this Math Strategies page to identify "code words" as they plan which operation to use while problem-solving. They are expected to use steps 1-6 to solve ALL math problems where applicable. Please pay special attention to the box at the bottom of the page which outlines "special situations."
